  • Reported by — records the message (business/key user).
  • Dispatcher — creates on behalf, forwards to processors, confirms.
  • Message processor — processes (L1/L2), forwards/coordinates the fix.
  • Administrator — sets up/configures/supports ITSM.
  • Support team — a group of processors by area/level.
  • Sold-to party — the system owner.
  • Single point of contact — owns the message's whole lifecycle, confirms at completion.
