- Dispatcher — creates on behalf, forwards to processors, confirms.
- Message processor — processes (L1/L2), forwards/coordinates the fix.
- Administrator — sets up/configures/supports ITSM.
- Support team — a group of processors by area/level.
- Sold-to party — the system owner.
- Single point of contact — owns the message's whole lifecycle, confirms at completion.
