What does the 'System Recommendations' option in the SAP Notes block do, and what is required before implementing a Note?

System Recommendations is a ChaRM feature integrated with ITSM that finds Notes valid for the current technical system, downloads them to Solution Manager, and records them in the message.

Prerequisite: a request for change must first be created before the Note can be implemented.
