What rules govern assigning a project task to a transaction in PPM?
- An IT requirement must be in a suitable status to link.
- You can attach any type of change document (incl. a standalone one not built from an RfC/IT requirement).
- To create a project task from an RfC/change document in ChaRM, that transaction must be connected to Solution Documentation and assigned to a project.
- You can only create tasks for still-changeable projects (not completed/archived/cancelled).
