Where in SOLADM do you define which systems are under ChaRM control?
On the Change Control Landscapes tab.
There you pick which logical components are ChaRM-controlled — e.g. SAP ERP + CRM controlled, while a Web Dispatcher or non-SAP system is left uncontrolled.
