What three creation modes exist when mapping a ChaRM transaction type to a PPM task type?

1. Manually create a ChaRM transaction from an existing PPM task.
2. Auto-create a ChaRM transaction when the PPM task is released.
3. Create a PPM task via a custom action on the ChaRM transaction (unique per transaction type).
