What are the prerequisites and activation steps for Change Reporting in Change Request Management?

  • Managed systems must meet a minimum SP level.
  • Activate via IMG: Configure Change Request Management Reporting Service → tick Object Reporting Active (pulls managed-system transport-object data).
  • Report users need matching authorization in the managed landscape's TMS.

Report data is stored in /TMWFLOW/RE* tables — can be space-heavy, so monitor regularly.
