SAP Solution Manager 7.2 · Change Control: Overview & Reporting

What changed about Change Reporting in 7.2 versus the traditional SAP GUI reports?

7.2 retired most traditional SAP GUI reports.

The Fiori launchpad now provides an Administration Cockpit + Change Control Management analytics (both new in 7.2, replacing several old GUI transactions); the Web Client UI remains an important reporting entry point. Common questions answered: RfC rejection rate, which transport objects a change touched, time to approve/implement/complete an RfC, whether urgent changes are declining as planned.
