Data collection:

  • From central SolMan (SAP CRM transactions/business partners) — always real-time, no collector.
  • From managed systems — gathered by a periodically scheduled technical data collector.

Results display:

  • SAP CRM transaction info → Web Client UI.
  • Managed-system transport logistics → Administration Cockpit.
