Data collection:
- From central SolMan (SAP CRM transactions/business partners) — always real-time, no collector.
- From managed systems — gathered by a periodically scheduled technical data collector.
Results display:
- SAP CRM transaction info → Web Client UI.
- Managed-system transport logistics → Administration Cockpit.
