To import in 7.2: use an S-user to download from the SAP Best Practice Explorer (rapid.sap.com) → Solution Administration → Import → pick the target branch → it's visible in SOLDOC, with diagrams in BPMN 2.0 (process definitions, diagrams, steps, executable objects, configuration).
