What are the two new transaction types in Requirements Management, and why do they resemble ChaRM transactions?

Business requirement (SMBR) + IT requirement (SMIR).

Both are SAP copies of SMCR (request for change), built on SAP CRM and following best practice — so their UX closely resembles ChaRM transactions. The basic flow: business has a need → IT estimates effort/time → business agrees → IT delivers.
