SAP Solution Manager 7.2 · Requirements Management

How does Requirements Management integrate with Solution Documentation, and why is that useful?

You can link a requirement to a branch's business processes/process steps (branch = the affected landscape: dev/maintenance/production).

This helps the requirements manager see how many requirements relate to a process → judge a new requirement's criticality, especially after blueprint sign-off, when new requirements may introduce inconsistency.

This is one card from the KnowCard library. The full way to learn it — spaced-repetition review, progress tracking, and AI explanations — lives in the KnowCard app. We’re in private beta now; iOS & Android are coming soon.
