SAP Solution Manager 7.2 · Test Suite & Test Management

What does the release status schema control in Test Management?

It defines a test plan's lifecycle and controls the changeability of the test plan + its test packages. A DEFAULT schema ships.

Options: Highest/Lowest Status No (next-value range), Change Lock (status can't change the plan), Execution Lock (can't maintain execution status), Signature Strategy (useful only for REVIEW*), Target Status (after approval), Cancellation Status (after rejection).

This is one card from the KnowCard library. The full way to learn it — spaced-repetition review, progress tracking, and AI explanations — lives in the KnowCard app. We’re in private beta now; iOS & Android are coming soon.
