SAP Solution Manager 7.2 · Solution Documentation: Libraries & Process Model

What does the Configuration Library centralize, and what's the best-practice folder structure?

Reusable configuration units — BC Sets, IMG activities, Web Dynpro ABAP app config — which can be stored/associated at nearly any level of the SolDoc structure.

Best practice: a folder structure for self-contained modules (FI/MM/SD); for cross-system scenarios, build config-unit folders by business scenario, then reference them from the affected process structures.

This is one card from the KnowCard library. The full way to learn it — spaced-repetition review, progress tracking, and AI explanations — lives in the KnowCard app. We’re in private beta now; iOS & Android are coming soon.
