What does the Diagnostic Agent Authentication step generate, and why does it stop password lockouts?
It generates a root certificate the Diagnostic Agent (DAA) uses to authenticate to SolMan.
With certificate-based auth, agents no longer lock the diagnostics user through mistyped passwords. You assign the certificate later, during managed system configuration.
