What actions can fire after a monitoring alert triggers?
- Enters the alert inbox.
- If notifications are on, emails per yellow+red / yellow-only / red-only.
- Can raise an ITSM ticket inside SolMan (if ITSM is active).
- Can send an SNMP trap to a third-party ITSM system.
Configurable at global, template, or individual-alert level.
