Define extra customer attributes.

The guided process builds the attribute type/extension/UI settings; add them to all element types or a subset (structured / unstructured / a specified assignment group); attributes can be single- or multi-value. They appear and are filled in Process Management (SOLDOC)'s Customer Attributes.
