How do email notifications work in ChaRM, and what are they used for?
Via mail forms (easy to configure, SAP CRM HTML email) — when a status value is set, the matching mail form is sent to a designated business partner.
Used for role handoffs, so the next processor doesn't have to watch a queue. Out-of-box email actions live in CRMC_ACTION_DEF (copy/adjust); the framework is set up via SOLMAN_SETUP.
