SAP Solution Manager 7.2 · Change Request Management (ChaRM)

What's the difference between the SAP0 and SAP1 task-list import strategies?

  • SAP0 — Standard Import Strategy (recommended): normal changes import together at release (auto-removed from queue after); preliminary imports + urgent changes are decoupled and stay in the queue to re-import at phase go-live.
  • SAP1 — Deletion of Import Buffer Strategy: removes urgent changes from the buffer after go-live — not recommended unless they're small, independent changes.
