What are ChaRM's standard roles?
- Requester — creates the RfC.
- Change manager — classifies/validates/monitors the RfC + approves production import.
- Change advisory board — RfC steering committee, approve/reject.
- Developer — implement/document/unit test.
- Tester — test in QAS, record results.
- IT operator — schedule background jobs, manage production import, coordinate logistics.
- IT staff — non-SAP IT asset changes (general change only).
