SAP Solution Manager 7.2 · Quality Gate Management (QGM)

Which standard does QGM follow, and what options exist for how transports move?

QGM follows ITIL v3.

Transports can move individually, as system-modeled clusters in cCTS, or via normal CTS routing (cCTS activation is optional). Transport of Copies (ToC) supports continued development/retesting when a test fails.
