How do you create a defect from a test, and what happens to it in ITSM?
From the Test Execution screen, create a defect directly (default document type SMIN/incident); test-case context + Solution Documentation info auto-carry over.
Click the defect ID to open it in ITSM under Incident Management (support-team triage/status emails/multilevel categorization/SAP escalation). If it's a transportable correction, the defect can be copied into a defect correction (S1TM).
