SAP Solution Manager 7.2 · Quality Gate Management (QGM)

What are QGM's four standard phases, and what are the two deploy Q-Gate options?

Phases: Scope, Build, Test, Deploy. Q-Gates sit before the first phase, between phases, and after the last.

  • Deploy to scope — when there are multiple change cycles.
  • End of deployment — when the scenario is fully complete.

Custom Q-Gates are also possible.
