SAP Solution Manager 7.2 · Quality Gate Management (QGM)

What happens to documents attached at a QGM phase once its Q-Gate closes?

They're frozen — once everyone agrees and the Q-Gate closes, all that Q-Gate's documents become unchangeable.

During the phase you can upload/attach docs (e.g. dev lead uploads test results, quality manager approves / board rejects). Every activity is recorded fine-grained with name/date/timestamp.

This is one card from the KnowCard library. The full way to learn it — spaced-repetition review, progress tracking, and AI explanations — lives in the KnowCard app. We’re in private beta now; iOS & Android are coming soon.
