What are the key technical differences between an urgent change and a normal change?
- ToC doesn't apply to urgent — a failed test means building a new transport (the original is already released).
- Urgent imports to QAS + production directly at document level (Action button, immediate); normal goes via background/cycle.
- Urgent has its own task list (one-to-one with the cycle); normal is many-to-one, attached to a phase/release cycle.
