What does each phase of a phase cycle technically mean?
- Scope — transports buildable but not releasable (develop without immediate promotion).
- Build — transports releasable + importable to QAS.
- Test — no new change docs; locked-down integration test; fix defects via defect correction.
- Go Live — production import for all successfully-tested changes.
- Being Completed — lists unfinished docs/transports.
- Completed — close the cycle, reassign unfinished changes to a successor.
