After 'Confirm Successful Test', how does the released transport reach the production import queue?

The original transport auto-releases.

Then a background job (usually every 15 min, scheduled in the admin cockpit) picks up all released original transports to fill the production import queue. You can also trigger it manually via the admin cockpit's Schedule Import Job for Transport Requests.
