When you decouple a transport from a change document, what danger appears?
The transport loses its CTS-project association → it can now be released outside ChaRM.
So reassign it to another cycle ASAP to attach a new CTS project. (Only changeable transports can be decoupled — unless cCTS is on, which lets you decouple released ones too.)
