How do age analysis and trend analysis differ?
- Age analysis — the age distribution of backlog documents by month/year (distinguishing still-in-use vs no-longer-used; answers an org unit's current performance).
- Trend analysis — how a key figure's measure evolves over time (day/week/month), improving or worsening; from the InfoCube — needs continuous data collection and is only useful after you've taken improvement actions.
