How does remote flat-file monitoring over SFTP get set up in SolMan?

Run an (S)FTP server on the remote host, and create an (S)FTP endpoint in SolMan via S2S_SETUP.

Afterward the LMDB shows an 'unspecified'-type system and an endpoint ID — use that ID when configuring the remote flat-file metric.
