What are the prerequisites and metric types for RFC interface monitoring?

Needs NetWeaver AS ABAP 7.0+ and ST-PI 2008_1 SP06+.

Metrics fall into availability / exception / performance. An 'already rated' metric is rated elsewhere and can't be changed here; the RFC channel available metric requires script-based UX monitoring to be activated first.
