What technical prerequisites must be met to send a message to SAP?

  • An RFC destination from SolMan to the SAP support backbone.
  • A valid OSS user ID in SolMan (transaction AISUSER).

When sending, the SAP Component is mandatory (routes to the right SAP support team); priority values match SAP Service Marketplace (High/Very High also require business impact).
