What are the two configuration steps to enable embedded support?

  1. On each managed systemSM30 maintain table BCOS_CUST (set RFC Connection to SolMan's BACK destination; if on SolMan itself, NONE suffices).
  2. In SolManDNO_CUST04, set PROCESS_TYPE to your customer incident transaction type (so support messages are built in the customer namespace with the right config).
