What does Display System Data show, and why does it speed resolution?
It shows the technical details captured when the incident/problem was created.
If created from a managed system, all that system's details are collected and sent to central SolMan; if generated within the failing screen, even transaction-level details are captured — giving the service team (especially SAP) key info to speed resolution and cut back-and-forth.
