After sending a message to SAP, how do you handle ongoing communication?

Via the More button: Display SAP Action Log, Maintain SAP Logon Data, Open System for SAP (open access / maintain the service connection).

SAP auto-updates its message details (number/status/timestamp) in the SAP Collaboration block and posts replies to the text log. Update from SAP refreshes; Confirm at SAP closes the message on SAP's side.
