SAP Solution Manager 7.2 · IT Service Management (ITSM)

What is embedded support, and how does it help across escalation paths?

It lets an end user create a support message right within the transaction where the error occurred — processed centrally in SolMan with all the technical info needed.

If it must go to SAP, SAP Digital Business Services also gets that info (no back-and-forth between SAP and the processor), speeding resolution regardless of escalation path.

This is one card from the KnowCard library. The full way to learn it — spaced-repetition review, progress tracking, and AI explanations — lives in the KnowCard app. We’re in private beta now; iOS & Android are coming soon.
